Echoes from Scotland Street was deffinatly a sweet ride. I think the fact that we have seen Cole growing up to a damn decent man has been the main attraction. Therefore, I have only good thoughts. I was surprised, since he was the character we knew, I would have though the story was being told from his POV, but nope! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand, we don’t mind!
Shannon MacLeod is a good addition to the tribe, as sassy Joss lovingly describes their family. She has had her share of baby boy drama along her youth and now she just wants to have a clean start. She moves from Glasgow to Edinburgh and gets a position as an office assistant / receptionist at InKarnate, the place where Cole works. She has met Cole when she was younger and left an impression, but now, she sees him just like the other bad boys and must keep distance. Except she cannot fake their chemistry while Cole is being quite straightforward with her.
They have a cat and mouse chase for a bit, while Shannon finds out that Cole is not what she thought, and she judged him wrong.
On a side note, we learn that Braden is 42!! My God, how time has passed!
Joss is pregnant with their last baby, as they say it!
Elodie has an unfortunate medical scare!
Wedding bells are ringing again! To find out who, read the book!
Babies everywhere and the men are keeping with our book boyfriend ideals as married men!
Last, we find out about Logan, Shannon’s brother! He will star in the next book, Moonlight on Nightingale Way, being the last one. But don’t worry, there are some small novellas next to keep you happy.
