Mr. Corporate (Mister #3) by J.A. Huss
Victoria is self-made, super-competitive, super-aggressive, and currently drowning in debt when she suddenly finds herself battling with her ex, Weston Conrad (AKA Mr. Corporate), for a job that could literally change her destiny.
She was there when the whole college scandal went down at Brown University and the Misters got their infamous nicknames. She saw the whole thing. And she always knew Weston was innocent.
But there were other things happening that night. Things in her world. Things in his world. And he always was a bit cagey about his past.
That was a long time ago now. She had moved on because let’s face it—the two of them were never going to work. They are fire and ice because Weston wants a girl who needs him and Victoria can handle things just fine on her own, thank you.
But now Weston is back in her life and somehow, some way, he brought all her old secrets with him.

Weston Conrad aka Mr. Corporate has a different story than the first 2 books, because he’s getting a second chance at love. Victoria was his collage girlfriend, but they did not end up together. When they broke up, both were heartbroken.
Now, they are summoned to headhunt for a job as competitors. Both are really good at their jobs.
When the past comes knocking, both of them find themselves in a battle to succeed. What, we’re about to find out and we’re in for a ride.
Now the guys know someone is after them and their girls… now he needs to protect the one that got away, but that’s not an easy task since Tori is a fierce woman and does what she wants.
The fact that they were hired to compete to the same job is a warning bell and Mr. Corporate has to play his part.
I loved this series and I had so much fun reading it.
Weston Conrad aka Mr. Corporate is one of the Mr. from a well know “crew” along with Mr. Perfect, Mr. Romantic, Mr. Mysterious and Mr. Match. The 6th book finished the story with Mr. & Mrs. And we can finally find out how the story ends. It was very well written to ensure the reader has a great experience.
Six book serie where each of the Misters are connected to a single event in the past. This series is sort of following the kids of the Rook and Ronin Series, but I have read it before figuring this out.
